Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Anvil&Ore, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t right, returning or exchanging is simple—just follow the steps below.
1. General Returns Window

30-Day Period: From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to return all or part of your order—provided items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags and protective coverings intact.

2. Return Handling Fee & Shipping Costs

A $9.00 handling fee applies to all returns; exchanges are exempt.

If you purchased express shipping, we’ll refund only the standard delivery fee.

Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Exchanges

Same-Style Exchanges: You may exchange for a different size of the same product at no extra cost.

Different Styles or Upgrades: To swap for a new design or a higher-value item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
4. Final Sale & Hygiene Items
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized or custom-engraved products

Clearance-sale items

Earrings and other intimate or piercing jewelry

Socks unless in original, unopened packaging (for hygiene reasons).
5. Holiday Purchases Extended Window

Extended Returns: Orders placed between November 1 and December 10 qualify for a 30-day return window starting December 10.
6. One Return per Package

Please ship each return separately—we cannot combine multiple return orders in one package.
7. Once Your Return Is Created

You’ll receive an email with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Print and attach the label to your package—reusing the original box is encouraged.

Drop off at your nearest post office or mailbox. We’ll handle the rest.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Email info@anvilandore.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll send a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund—no questions asked.
9. Gift Returns

Gifts may be returned within 30 days for store credit without original order details.

Include the gift giver’s name and email in your request.
